Send affiliate conversions to Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
Affiliates connect their ad accounts in RastroAff: conversions go back to Meta and TikTok by Conversions API and to Google Ads by a scheduled CSV of gclids.
Updated on 4 Nov 2026
Media buyers optimise their campaigns on the conversions the ad platform sees. When the sale happens on the advertiser's site, the platform never sees it, so the campaign optimises on clicks. RastroAff sends each conversion back to the ad account that brought the click, with no extra tracker.
How it works
- The ad platform adds its click ID to your tracking link:
fbclid(Meta),ttclid(TikTok) orgclid(Google Ads). - RastroAff saves it with the click.
- When the conversion arrives, RastroAff sends it to the platform with that click ID, the conversion time and, if you want, your earnings as the value.
Getting the click ID into the link
- Meta: Meta adds
fbclidon its own when your tracking link is the ad's destination. - TikTok: add
ttclid=__CLICKID__to the link in the ad. - Google Ads: turn on auto-tagging in the account; Google adds
gclid.
See tracking links.
Meta and TikTok (Conversions API)
In your affiliate panel, open Integration → Ad platforms and connect a platform:
| Field | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Pixel ID | Meta Events Manager (dataset ID) or TikTok Events Manager (pixel code) |
| Access token | Events Manager → Settings → Conversions API → generate access token |
| Event | Purchase, Lead, CompleteRegistration… (Meta) or CompletePayment, SubmitForm… (TikTok) |
The token is stored encrypted and never shown again. Choose the conversion statuses to send (usually only Approved) and whether to send your earnings as the value.
To check the setup, paste the Test Event Code from Events Manager into the connection and click Send test event: the event appears in the platform's test area. Remove the code when you're done, or real events will also go to the test area.
Each event has a fixed ID per conversion and status, so retries are not counted twice. If a send fails, RastroAff retries up to 6 times over the following hours; Latest sends shows the result of each one.
Google Ads (scheduled CSV import)
- In Google Ads, create a conversion action of the Import type (clicks, from a file).
- In RastroAff, connect Google Ads with exactly the same conversion action name.
- RastroAff shows the file address once. Save it.
- In Google Ads, go to Goals → Conversions → Uploads → Schedules, choose HTTPS as the source, paste the address and pick a daily frequency.
The file lists the conversions of the last 90 days whose click had a gclid. Google ignores the rows it has already imported. If the address leaks, click New file address: the old one stops working.
Good to know
- Only conversions whose click came with the platform's click ID are sent.
- A reversal doesn't remove the conversion on the platform. If your advertiser reverses many sales, send only Approved.
- Available on the Starter, Growth and Scale plans of the network.
