Migrate to Rastro: import offers, affiliates and advertisers from another platform
Move from Offer18, Affise, Everflow, Scaleo or a spreadsheet to Rastro with a CSV import, with a preview before anything is saved.
Updated on 20 Oct 2026
Changing platforms shouldn't mean typing everything again. Rastro imports offers, affiliates and advertisers from a CSV file: the export of your current platform or a spreadsheet you put together.
1. Export from your current platform
Most platforms (Offer18, Affise, Everflow, Scaleo, HasOffers/TUNE…) let you export offers and partners to CSV from their lists. If yours doesn't, a spreadsheet works just as well: save it as CSV.
Files can be comma- or semicolon-separated (as some Excel versions save them), with up to 2,000 rows and 1.5 MB.
2. Import
Go to Import, choose what you are importing and select the file. Rastro recognises the most common column names, such as Offer Name, Default Payout, Tracking URL, Geo or E-mail. For anything it doesn't recognise, you pick the matching column yourself.
Each import type has an example file you can download to see the expected format.
3. Check the preview
Before saving, you see row by row what will be created, what will be skipped and what has errors, with the reason (for example a destination URL without https://, or a payout higher than the revenue). Fix the file and upload it again, or import the valid rows and deal with the rest later.
What happens to each type
Offers
- They're imported as drafts, so you can review them before activating.
- The advertiser is matched by company name, public ID or email. Rows without an advertiser can use one you choose.
- Numbers like
12,50,€12.50or1.234,5are accepted.
Affiliates and advertisers
- They're created already approved.
- Optionally, each one receives an invitation email to choose a password (valid for 7 days).
- If your plan has a limit on approved affiliates, those above the limit are created as pending.
Duplicates: an email that already exists, or an offer with the same name for the same advertiser, is skipped. Importing the same file twice doesn't duplicate anything.
After importing
- Review and activate the offers.
- Update the destination URLs with the
{click_id}macro and give each advertiser their new postback URL (see Set up the advertiser postback). - Ask affiliates to create new tracking links in Rastro. Links from the old platform keep pointing there, so plan a short overlap period while both run.
Imports of offers can be done by anyone who manages campaigns; affiliates and advertisers, which create accounts, only by administrators.
