Keitaro postback integration: send RastroAff conversions to Keitaro
Connect Keitaro to RastroAff in three steps: pass Keitaro's subid in sub1, add the Keitaro postback template, and test it before sending traffic.
Updated on 30 Oct 2026
Keitaro tracks your ads, costs and landers; RastroAff tracks the offer and pays you. With a postback, every conversion in RastroAff appears in Keitaro seconds later, matched to the click, campaign and cost that produced it.
1. Pass Keitaro's subid in sub1
In Keitaro, add the offer with your RastroAff tracking link as the offer URL, and append Keitaro's click macro to sub1:
https://track.rastroaff.com/click/AbC123xY?sub1={subid}
Your link has no other parameters, so sub1 starts with ?. If you add more (for example a landing page), join them with &. RastroAff stores the value with the click and sends it back in the postback. See tracking links.
2. Add the postback in RastroAff
In your affiliate panel, go to Integration → Postback, add a postback and choose Keitaro under Template for your tracker. The URL is filled in:
KEITARO_POSTBACK_URL/postback?subid={sub1}&status=sale&payout={payout}&tid={txn_id}
Replace KEITARO_POSTBACK_URL with the address shown in Keitaro under Maintenance → Postback URL, up to /postback. The template sends approved conversions.
For refunds and chargebacks, add a second postback for the reversed status only, with status=rejected instead of status=sale, so Keitaro removes the sale.
The postback URL builder fills in the address for you.
3. Test before sending traffic
Click Send test: RastroAff calls the URL with sample values and shows Keitaro's response. Then send one real click, convert it on the offer if you can, and check Recent deliveries in RastroAff and the conversion in Keitaro.
If conversions don't arrive
- Empty subid: the link in Keitaro is missing
sub1={subid}. - Wrong address: copy the Keitaro postback address again, without anything after
/postback. - Errors in Recent deliveries: RastroAff retries failed deliveries up to 5 times over 15 hours, so fix the address and the next attempt goes through.
More options (POST, per-offer and per-goal postbacks) are in affiliate postback.
