Telegram notifications for affiliates and your team

Rastro sends notifications through a Telegram bot. Affiliates receive their conversions as they happen; your team receives health alerts and what the automation rules did.

Connecting an account

1. In the panel, go to My account → Telegram → Connect Telegram.
2. Telegram opens the bot. Tap Start.
3. That's it: the account is connected. The link is valid for 15 minutes and works only once.

What affiliates receive

Each affiliate chooses which conversions to receive: approved, pending, rejected and reversed (by default, approved and reversed). Each message shows the offer, the amount and the network it comes from.

What your team receives

• Health alerts: an offer that stops responding, an advertiser whose postbacks stopped, a conversion rate that falls sharply, a cap almost reached.
• Automation: offers paused and affiliates suspended by your rules.

Disconnecting

Use the button in My account → Telegram, or send /stop to the bot. If someone blocks the bot, Rastro disconnects them automatically.

Privacy

Rastro never sees the phone number or contacts: only the ID of the conversation with the bot.
