Offer18's entry plan counts clicks and conversions together as "units", while its higher plans count conversions. Rastro counts conversions and clicks separately on every plan, and keeps working if you go over: extra usage is billed at €0.008 per conversion and €1 per 10,000 clicks.

What's included in Rastro
Every Rastro plan includes click and conversion tracking by postback, pixel and API, anti-fraud checks, reports and health alerts. Paid plans add unlimited offers and affiliates, smart links, advanced caps and payout rules, and (from Growth) white label with your own domains.
Some areas where Rastro is built for specific needs:
