Advertisers: with or without dashboard access, budget and monthly statements

How to add brands to your network, decide whether they get dashboard access, what they see when they do, and how to generate and close monthly statements.

Updated on 6 Nov 2026

The advertiser is the brand that pays for conversions. In Advertisers, add each brand with its company, website and contact.

With or without dashboard access

  • Without access: the team manages everything. The brand only needs to send conversions; see advertiser postback.
  • With access: tick the option when creating it (or give access later). The brand gets an email invitation to choose a password, valid for 7 days.

Advertisers can also sign up on their own and wait for approval.

What the advertiser sees

  • Campaigns: their offers. The ones they create stay in review until the team activates them.
  • Integration: the postback, the pixel and the token to send conversions.
  • Reports: clicks, conversions, cost and CPA for their campaigns.
  • Claims: conversions an affiliate says are missing.
  • Billing and API.

Budget

On the advertiser's page you can record the budget agreed with the brand, to keep it in view.

Monthly statements

In Billing, pick a finished month and generate the statements: one per advertiser, with what they owe per offer (approved conversions at the amount charged). They stay as drafts until you issue them:

  • Issued: gets a sequential number for the year and is added to the advertiser's balance.
  • Paid: comes off the balance.
  • Void: if it was issued, comes off the balance.

The advertiser sees and prints issued statements in their dashboard.
