Affiliate quality score and cohorts: find the traffic that pays
A 0 to 100 quality score per affiliate from rejections, refunds, fraud alerts, conversion rate and margin, plus monthly retention cohorts of players and customers.
Updated on 4 Nov 2026
Two affiliates can bring the same number of conversions and be worth very different amounts. RastroAff gives each affiliate a quality score and shows how long the players and customers they bring stay.
The quality score
Open Quality in the network panel. Each affiliate with traffic in the period (30, 90 or 180 days) gets a score from 0 to 100, and the worst come first. The score starts at 100 and loses points for:
| Signal | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Rejections | Rejected conversions out of all decided ones |
| Refunds and chargebacks | Reversed conversions out of approved and reversed |
| Fraud alerts | Alerts on conversions and high-severity alerts on clicks, excluding dismissed ones |
| Abnormal conversion rate | Above 30% with at least 100 clicks: often incentivised traffic or fraud |
| Negative margin | The affiliate is paid more than the advertiser pays you |
Each signal has a cap, so no single one decides the score on its own. Grades: A 85 or more, B 70 to 84, C 55 to 69, D 40 to 54, E under 40. With fewer than 5 conversions in the period there is no score. The What weighed column says what cost the most points.
Cohorts
Quality → See cohorts groups players or customers by the month they joined and shows, for each month that followed, the share still active and the value per member.
- Players (iGaming): they join in the month of their first deposit; active means they deposited that month; the value is NGR per player (or deposits, if the CRM doesn't send NGR). The data comes from CRM report imports.
- Customers (recurring revenue): they join in the month of their first payment; active means a payment covers that month; the value is what they paid. The data comes from conversions with a
customer_id.
Filter by affiliate to compare the retention of the players each affiliate brings. An affiliate whose players stop depositing after the first month is worth less on revshare than one with a lower CPA and players who stay.
