Player value and revshare: import CRM reports and pay affiliates on NGR
Import brands' CRM reports into Rastro, see each player's deposits and NGR by affiliate, and calculate revshare, CPA and hybrid commissions every month.

In iGaming, a conversion is only the start: what matters is how much each player deposits and generates over time. Rastro imports the brands' CRM reports, links every player to the affiliate who brought them, and uses that history to measure traffic quality and pay revshare, CPA or hybrid deals.
Before you start: pass the click ID to the brand
Players are linked to affiliates through Rastro's click_id. In the offer's destination URL, pass {click_id} in the parameter the brand stores at registration (for example btag or clickid):
https://casino.example/register?btag={click_id}
The brand's CRM report must include that column, the player ID and the date. Values with a prefix (such as a_123b_ followed by the click ID) are recognised automatically.
1. Import a report
Go to Players → Import report, choose the brand and the file (CSV or Excel, up to 10 MB), and click Read file.
The first time, confirm which column matches each field. Rastro suggests them from the usual names: Player ID, btag, Date, Deposits, NGR… Required: player ID and period date. Optional: click ID, deposits, number of deposits, NGR, GGR, bonuses, withdrawals, chargebacks, first deposit, registration date, country and currency. Choose whether each row is a month's or a day's total.
The mapping is saved for that brand: next time, just upload the file. If the columns change, Rastro asks you to review it.
After importing you see how many rows were linked to affiliates, how many players are new, and the unmatched rows, with the reason (no click ID, or a click ID from another brand). Their history is kept, and they get an affiliate as soon as they appear with a valid click ID.
2. What you can see
- Players: each player with brand, affiliate, offer, country, first deposit, deposits and NGR. The player page shows the full history, period by period.
- Quality: per affiliate or per offer — players, depositors, deposits, NGR, deposits and NGR per depositor, and the share of players who deposit again.
Importing the same period again replaces the values; a new period adds to the history. Managers only see their own affiliates' players.
3. Commission deals
In Players → Commissions, create a deal for an offer:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Revshare (% of NGR) | Percentage of the month's NGR from the affiliate's players on that offer |
| CPA per player | Fixed amount, paid once per player |
| Minimum deposits for the CPA | The player qualifies when their cumulative deposits reach this value (0 = on the first deposit) |
| Negative carryover | A month with negative NGR is deducted from the following months instead of resetting to zero |
Set revshare, CPA, or both (hybrid). A deal without an affiliate applies to everyone on the offer; an affiliate's own deal takes precedence.
4. Calculate and approve a month
Choose a finished month and click Calculate commissions. You get a draft with the totals per affiliate and every line: revshare (NGR for the month, amount carried in and carried forward) and each qualifying player's CPA. If you import more data for that month, recalculate.
When it's right, approve. The amounts are added to the affiliates' balances and go through the usual payout flow; the month is closed. Affiliates see their player commissions on their payouts page.
Good to know
- Amounts are in euros; data in other currencies is left out of the calculation, never converted silently.
- In Players → Imports, the administrator chooses what affiliates see of their players: nothing, totals per offer, or player by player. Never personal data.
- Only people who can manage payouts can create deals and approve months.
