Team and permissions: admins, managers, profiles and audit log
How to give your team access to the dashboard, limit what each manager can do with permission profiles and see in the audit log who changed what.

A network is rarely run by one person. RastroAff has two team account types and profiles to fine-tune what each person can do.
Admins and managers
- Admin: sees and does everything, including creating users and changing settings, the plan and the brand.
- Manager: runs the network day to day. By default they manage advertisers, affiliates, campaigns, payouts and fraud, but only see the affiliates assigned to them; see affiliate managers.
Accounts are created in Users. The number of team accounts depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 10 on Growth and unlimited on Scale.
Team profiles
In Team profiles (from Starter) you create profiles with the permissions you choose and assign one to each manager. A manager with a profile has exactly those permissions:
- Manage advertisers
- Manage affiliates and conversions
- Manage campaigns
- See reports for the whole network
- Review fraud alerts
- See the audit log
- Manage payouts and billing
- Assign managers to affiliates
- See players and import CRM reports
For example, a "Finance" profile with only payouts and reports, or "Affiliates" without payouts. Creating users and changing settings stay reserved for admins, so nobody can give themselves more power than they have.
Security
Admin accounts must turn on two-factor authentication (an app such as Google Authenticator) before using the dashboard and the API.
Audit log
In Audit log you see the most recent actions: who approved an affiliate, changed a payout, exported data, paid a request. Each line has the time, the person, the action and the details.
