Affiliate managers: each manager sees only their own affiliates
Assign affiliates to managers in RastroAff. Each manager sees and manages only their affiliates, and new sign-ups can be assigned automatically.

In a network with several affiliate managers, each manager should work with their own portfolio. In RastroAff, a manager only sees and manages the affiliates assigned to them. Admins still see the whole network.
Creating a manager
- In Users, invite the person with the Manager account type.
- To limit what they can do, create a profile in Team profiles (for example, only "Manage affiliates and conversions") and assign it to them.
Assigning affiliates
- One by one: on the affiliate's page, choose the Manager and save.
- Automatically: in Settings → Affiliate managers, choose what happens to each new sign-up:
- None: you assign them one by one;
- Always the same manager: every sign-up goes to the chosen manager;
- The manager with the fewest affiliates: sign-ups are spread out to balance the portfolios.
In the Affiliates list, admins can filter by manager, or see only affiliates with no manager.
What a manager sees
Everything a manager sees is limited to the affiliates assigned to them:
- the list and each affiliate's page;
- conversions, the click log and missing conversion claims;
- fraud alerts;
- reports and the dashboard;
- payouts and the SEPA batch, if their profile includes "Manage payouts";
- messages: when they write to affiliates, the message only reaches theirs.
The affiliate sees their account manager on the dashboard, with an email to get in touch.
Good practice
- Give each manager only the permissions they need (Team profiles).
- Connect Telegram so each manager gets claims and alerts on their phone. See Telegram notifications.
- When a manager leaves, assign their affiliates to another manager before blocking the account.
