Offer access: open offers or approval required, and affiliate requests

Each offer has one of two access modes, set on the offer itself with the Affiliates need approval option.

Open offer

Any approved affiliate can promote it: they click Start promoting and get their tracking link straight away.

Offer with approval

The affiliate sees the offer and clicks Request access. The request stays pending until the team decides. The affiliate list shows how many requests are waiting, and you find each request on the offer's page, where you can approve or reject it.

Once approved, the affiliate gets the link and the offer moves to their approved offers. If rejected, they can no longer promote it.

Giving access without a request

• On the offer's page: pick one or several affiliates and, if you want, a custom payout just for them.
• In the affiliate list: select several and use Give access to an offer. See bulk actions.
• In the campaign list: select several offers and give one affiliate access to all of them at once.

The custom payout applies only to that affiliate on that offer and can't be higher than the amount charged to the advertiser.

What the affiliate sees

In the portal, offers are split into approved, new, top, pending and ended. Each approved offer has the link ready to copy; see tracking links.
