Bulk actions: approve affiliates, give access and pause offers at once

How to select several affiliates or offers and apply the same action to all of them, with the same rules as the single action and a summary of what failed.

Updated on 6 Nov 2026

When 40 affiliate sign-ups arrive in one day, or a brand asks you to pause all its offers, doing them one by one takes time. The Affiliates and Campaigns lists have a checkbox on each row and an action bar above.

How it works

  1. Filter the list (status, manager, search, or sign-up answer for affiliates).
  2. Tick the rows, or use the header checkbox to select every row on the page.
  3. Choose the action and, if needed, the value (the status, the offer, the manager…).
  4. Click Apply. Actions that change status or delete ask for confirmation.

At the end you see how many succeeded and, for those that failed, the reason.

Affiliates

  • Change status: approve, reject, block or back to pending. Rejecting or blocking turns off the tracking links.
  • Give access to an offer: with an optional custom payout. Only approved affiliates get access, and each one gets their link straight away.
  • Assign manager: or remove it. Only shown to people who can assign managers.

Offers

  • Change status: activate, pause, end or back to draft. Affiliates promoting a paused offer get an alert.
  • Give access to an affiliate: type their public ID (e.g. AFF-7KQ2M9XA). If they already had a custom payout on one of the offers, it is kept.
  • Delete drafts: only drafts with no conversions are deleted. Other offers show up in the failure list.

Good to know

  • Each item goes through the same rules as the single action: permissions, plan limits (approved affiliates, active offers) and allowed status changes.
  • A manager can only act on the affiliates assigned to them.
  • Up to 200 items at a time. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
