Alerts that save traffic: offer paused, cap reached, page down
When an offer pauses, hits its cap or its page goes down, affiliates promoting it get a Telegram alert right away, with the reason, so they stop paying for lost traffic.

On most platforms, affiliates only notice days later that an offer stopped, and they pay for the traffic they lost in the meantime. In RastroAff, whoever is promoting the offer gets a Telegram alert right away, with the reason.
When an alert is sent
| Situation | What the affiliate gets |
|---|---|
| The offer is paused: by the team, the advertiser, an automation rule, or because the advertiser's budget ran out | "Offer paused": clicks no longer count |
| The offer is active again | "Offer active again" |
| The cap is reached (daily, monthly or conversion cap) | "Cap reached": new conversions are rejected until the next period |
| The offer page doesn't respond in two checks in a row | "The offer page is not responding", with the error (for example HTTP 502) |
| An automation rule suspends an affiliate's access to an offer | Only that affiliate is notified |
Who gets it
- Affiliates with approved access to the offer who sent clicks in the last 7 days. Affiliates who aren't promoting the offer get nothing.
- Only those who connected Telegram and have Alerts about the offers you promote turned on in My account → Telegram. It's on by default.
- For a single affiliate's cap, only that affiliate is notified.
Each alert is sent once per period: one cap alert per day (or per month, for a monthly cap), however many conversions the cap rejects.
What the team gets
The team still gets the network's health alerts (page down, stopped postbacks, abnormal conversion rate, cap almost reached) in Alerts, by email and on Telegram. The affiliate alerts don't replace them: they add to them.
For affiliates
Connecting Telegram takes a minute: My account → Telegram → Connect Telegram. See Telegram notifications.
