Payout schedule: affiliates know when they get paid
Set when the network pays, and affiliates see their money at each stage (awaiting approval, available, being paid) with expected dates, on the dashboard and on Telegram.

"When do I get paid?" is the question affiliates ask most. With a payout schedule, the answer shows up on its own, with dates.
1. The network sets the schedule
In Settings → Payout schedule, choose one option:
| Option | When a request is paid |
|---|---|
| When the affiliate requests | Within N business days of the request (7 by default) |
| Every week | On the chosen weekday after the request |
| Twice a month | On the next 1st or 16th |
| Once a month | On the chosen day of the month (1 to 28) |
The schedule is a commitment to your affiliates: pick one you can keep.
2. The affiliate sees "When I get paid"
On the Payouts page, the affiliate sees their money in three stages:
- Awaiting approval: pending conversions, waiting for the advertiser. Each offer shows its usual approval time and the expected date. The usual time is the median over the last 90 days, across all affiliates' conversions on that offer.
- Available: the approved balance, and how much is left to reach the payout minimum.
- Being paid: the request in progress and its expected date, according to the schedule.
The schedule sentence appears at the top, for example: "We pay every week, on Monday."
3. On Telegram
The /balance command in the bot shows the available balance, what's awaiting approval and the expected date of the request in progress. See Telegram notifications.
For the rest of the cycle (payment details, requests, SEPA batch), see Affiliate payouts.
