How to find and recruit affiliates for your program
Where to find the first partners for your affiliate program, how to approach them, what to offer and how to keep the ones who start selling.
Updated on 7 Nov 2026
The program only sells when partners promote it. The first ones rarely arrive on their own: you have to go and find them.
Where to look
- Your customers: they already like the product and know others who need it. Invite them in the welcome email or after a good review.
- Creators in your niche: search YouTube, Instagram and TikTok for people already talking about your topic, even with small audiences.
- Blogs and newsletters: search "best [your product]" or "alternatives to [competitor]". Whoever already writes those articles is the ideal partner.
- Agencies and consultants: they recommend tools to clients every day.
- Your own affiliates: with sub-affiliates, partners who already sell invite others and earn a share. See sub-affiliates.
How to approach them
A short, personal message: why you picked that person, what they earn per sale and a link to sign up. Avoid the same message for everyone.
What to offer
- A clear, competitive commission.
- Ready-made material: links, banners, texts and a coupon code for those who'd rather not use links.
- A dashboard where they see every click, sale and payout.
- On-time payouts, always.
Keep the ones who sell
Talk to your best partners every month, give them a better commission as they grow and tell them about promotions before everyone else.
In RastroAff
Share the link to your sign-up page, with the questions you want and automatic approval by rules. Each partner has their own dashboard and gets Telegram alerts. See sign-up form and the affiliate portal.
