Sub-affiliates: let affiliates invite affiliates and earn on their sales
Turn on sub-affiliates in Rastro: each affiliate gets an invite link and earns a percentage of what their invitees earn, paid by the network.
Updated on 25 Oct 2026
Sub-affiliates let your affiliates grow your network for you. Each affiliate gets an invite link; whoever signs up through it becomes their sub-affiliate, and the inviter earns a percentage of what the sub-affiliate earns.
How the commission works
- The inviter earns a percentage of the payout of each approved conversion of their sub-affiliate.
- It's paid by the network, from its margin. The sub-affiliate still earns exactly the same.
- If the conversion is later reversed or rejected, exactly what was given to the inviter is taken back.
- One level only: an inviter doesn't earn on their invitees' invitees. This keeps the program simple and avoids pyramid schemes.
Turning it on
- Go to Settings → Sub-affiliates and turn it on.
- Choose the network's commission percentage (up to 50%).
- Optionally, give a specific affiliate their own percentage on their profile page.
Sub-affiliates are available from the Growth plan.
What affiliates see
Affiliates find Sub-affiliates in their menu, with their invite link, the affiliates they invited and what they've earned from them this month and in total. New sign-ups through the link still need approval by your team, as usual.
Good practice
- Start with a modest percentage (3–5%) and raise it for your best recruiters.
- Review new sub-affiliates as carefully as any other sign-up: the fraud checks apply to them too.
