Affiliate sign-up form: questions, languages and automatic approval

How to choose the affiliate sign-up questions, translate them into four languages, filter by the answers and approve or reject sign-ups with rules.

Updated on 6 Nov 2026

Affiliate sign-up asks for name, email and password. Everything else is up to you: in Settings, on the Affiliate sign-up form card.

The Company field

Choose whether sign-up asks for the company: don't ask, optional or required.

Questions

Each question has a text, a type and can be required. The types are short text, long text, address (URL), number, phone, choice from a list, multiple choice, country and checkbox. Up to 15 questions, in the order you want.

There are ready-made fields, already translated: phone, Telegram or Skype, country, website or channel, and traffic sources.

In four languages

In each question, open In other languages and write the text, the help and the options in Portuguese, English, Russian and Spanish. People signing up see the question in their language; a blank translation shows the main text. Answers always store the option from the main text, so filters and rules don't depend on the language.

Automatic approval

Rules decide at sign-up. Each rule approves or rejects when all its conditions are met, for example:

  • Reject when "Traffic sources" is one of "Incentivized".
  • Approve when "Country" is one of "PT, BR" and "Visits per month" is at least 1000.

The first rule that matches decides. If none matches, the sign-up stays pending, as before. Approval respects the plan's affiliate limit: with no room, the sign-up stays pending. Approved affiliates get the welcome email and can sign in straight away.

Using the answers

  • In the Affiliates list, a column shows the answers, and the Sign-up answer filter finds, for example, every affiliate from Brazil or with email traffic.
  • The CSV button exports the filtered list with one column per question.
  • The new sign-up email to the team includes the answers and, if a rule decided, what it decided.
  • Each affiliate's page shows the answers as they were written at sign-up.

To approve or reject several sign-ups at once, see bulk actions.
