Affiliate reports: dimensions, filters, saved reports and export
How to use RastroAff reports to see clicks, conversions, revenue and profit by offer, affiliate, country or sub ID, save filters and export to Excel.
Updated on 7 Nov 2026
In Reports you pick a period, a grouping and filters. The table shows one row per group and the total.
Group by
Day, affiliate, advertiser, campaign, country, device, browser, operating system, sub1, sub2 or sub3.
Filters
The same fields, plus the conversion status. For example: group by country, only campaign X and only affiliate Y.
The columns
- Team: clicks, unique clicks, conversions, conversion rate, revenue, payout, profit, EPC and CPA.
- Affiliate: clicks, conversions, earnings, EPC and earnings per conversion, only for their own traffic.
- Advertiser: clicks, conversions, cost, CPA and sales, only for their own campaigns.
Click a column title to sort.
From rows to conversions
Each row's conversion count is a link: it opens the list of those conversions, with the same period and filters. Each conversion opens its detail, with the click, the linked player and the payout it went into. See payout breakdown.
Periods
Up to 366 days. When you group or filter by browser, operating system, sub ID or status, the report reads conversions one by one and the maximum period is 92 days.
Saved reports and export
- Save: give a name to the filters you use every day and open them with one click.
- Export: Excel or CSV, with every row (the table shows the first 500).
Other reports
- Quality: each affiliate's score and cohorts; see affiliate quality.
- Recurring revenue: subscriptions and renewals; see recurring commissions.
- The affiliate dashboard compares earnings and conversions with the previous period.
