Payout breakdown: from each payout down to the conversion and the player
How to see where the money in each affiliate payout comes from, conversion by conversion and player by player, and export the detail for accounting.
Updated on 6 Nov 2026
An affiliate requests €1,250 and asks "what is this for?". RastroAff answers with the breakdown of each payout, down to the conversion and the player.
How the balance is built
Every time an affiliate's balance changes, it is recorded with its source:
- Conversion approved (or reversed, with a negative amount);
- Player commission, one per line of the approved month (revshare or CPA);
- Sub-affiliate, the commission on the conversions of people they invited.
When the affiliate requests a payout, the request covers the oldest earnings first. If the amount doesn't cover the last one, it is split: part goes in this request, the rest stays for the next. A reversal along the way is included in full and the request covers more earnings. If the request is rejected, everything is open again.
See the breakdown
In Payments, click a payout's amount. The page shows:
- By source: how much came from conversions, player commissions and sub-affiliates;
- By offer: the total and number of entries for each offer;
- Included entries: one by one, with the date, the transaction (which opens the conversion), the commission month and the player.
The affiliate sees the same page in their payouts. Players only show if the network shows them to affiliates.
Export
The CSV button downloads every entry of the payout, with the offer, the conversion, the click ID, sub1, the month and the amount. Useful for accounting or to answer an affiliate's question.
Older payouts
Requests made before this ledger have no link to earnings. For those, the page shows the earnings credited between the previous request and that one, and says it is an approximation. The balance each affiliate had at that time shows as earlier balance.
From conversion to payout
It works the other way too: each conversion's page shows the player linked to the click and which payout it went into. See also affiliate payouts.
