Baseline (iGaming CPA)
A baseline is the minimum a player must deposit or wager before an iGaming CPA is paid. It protects operators from low-value players.
A baseline is the condition a referred player must meet before the affiliate earns the CPA: usually a minimum total deposit (for example €50), sometimes a minimum amount wagered or number of bets.
Why operators use it
Without a baseline, an affiliate could be paid for players who deposit the minimum and never return. The baseline makes sure the CPA pays for players with real value.
