Churn rate

Churn rate is the share of customers who stop paying in a period. For SaaS affiliate programs, it shows the quality of the customers each affiliate brings.

The churn rate is the percentage of customers active last month who are no longer active this month: customers lost ÷ customers at the start × 100.

Why it matters for affiliates

Two affiliates can bring the same number of sign-ups, but if one's customers cancel after a month, their real value is much lower. Churn per affiliate separates quality traffic from volume.

In Rastro

The recurring revenue report shows churned MRR and churn rate per affiliate, month by month. See Recurring revenue.
