Net terms (Net 30, Net 15)
Net terms set how many days after a period ends affiliates are paid. Net 30 means payment 30 days after the month closes; Net 7 and weekly are faster.
Net terms say when an affiliate is paid. Net 30 means the earnings of a period are paid 30 days after it ends: conversions from October are paid around the end of November.
Why networks wait
The network is usually paid by the advertiser after the month closes, once both sides have checked the conversions. Waiting leaves time to remove fraud and chargebacks before the money leaves the network. Paying affiliates before the advertiser pays is a cash-flow risk.
Common terms
| Term | When the affiliate is paid |
|---|---|
| Net 30 | 30 days after the period ends |
| Net 15 | 15 days after the period ends |
| Net 7 / weekly | every week, usually for trusted affiliates |
| On request | when the affiliate asks, above a minimum balance |
Faster terms are often a reward for affiliates with good traffic and a long history.
Minimum payout
Most networks only pay above a minimum balance (for example 50 €), so small amounts roll over to the next period.
In RastroAff
Affiliates see their balance in real time and request payouts; the team approves them and pays several at once with a SEPA batch. See affiliate payouts.
