Qualified CPA in iGaming: deposits, wagering, time window and countries
Which conditions a player must meet for the affiliate to earn the CPA at a casino or sportsbook, with an example and the rules to agree in the deal.

In iGaming, the CPA is rarely paid just because a player signed up. The operator pays when the player becomes a qualified player: they meet a baseline of deposits and, often, of activity. This protects the operator from players who deposit the minimum and never come back.
The most common conditions
- Minimum total deposits, for example €50.
- Minimum number of deposits, for example 3.
- Minimum wagering (wagering), for example €500 wagered.
- Minimum NGR, so the player has already produced some result.
- Time window: the conditions must be met within a number of days from the first deposit (FTD).
- Accepted countries: only players from certain markets count.
An example
A €100 CPA with €50 of deposits, 3 deposits and €500 wagered within 30 days, for Portugal and Brazil only:
| Player | Country | Deposits (30 days) | No. | Wagered | CPA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | PT | €120 | 4 | €900 | Yes |
| B | BR | €60 | 2 | €700 | No: too few deposits |
| C | PT | €40 | 3 | €600 | No: below €50 |
| D | ES | €200 | 5 | €1,500 | No: country |
What to agree in the deal
- All conditions or only some? Usually all must be met.
- Does the window start at registration or at the first deposit?
- Is the CPA paid once per player, even if they come back months later?
- In a hybrid deal, is the CPA paid on top of revshare?
In RastroAff
Each deal's CPA can require minimum deposits, a number of deposits, minimum NGR, minimum wagering, accepted countries and a window in days from the first deposit. Every condition is optional, and the CPA is only paid when all the conditions filled in are met, once per player. Wagering comes in the CRM report or through the player activity API.
